...Rear legs lift so fat drains away from food while cooking
BroilKing PCG Griddle models now also feature  “A healthy lift...”
The rear legs have grey leg extenders (shown “in motion” in this photo
for highlighting only) that may be flipped down to raise the back of the griddle,
so that fats drain away from the food and into the drip tray
while cooking greasy items such as bacon.
(The leg extenders may be flipped back up to keep the griddle surface level
when you are cooking runny items like eggs, pancake batter, etc.)
