Caramelized Grilled Pineapple

INGREDIENTS
1 Fresh Pineapple cut into spears or cubes
3 Tablespoons of Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Heat your griddle to medium-high heat and coat evenly with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil.
Put pineapple spears (or cubes) into a large bowl and cover with cinnamon. Stir to coat evenly.
Place pineapple on griddle and rotate every 2 minutes until lightly browned and slightly caramelized on all sides.
Serve while still warm.
