Caramelized Grilled Pineapple


The PCG-10 Griddle


1 Fresh Pineapple cut into spears or cubes

3 Tablespoons of Cinnamon


  1. Heat your griddle to medium-high heat and coat evenly with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil.

  2. Put pineapple spears (or cubes) into a large bowl and cover with cinnamon. Stir to coat evenly.

  3. Place pineapple on griddle and rotate every 2 minutes until lightly browned and slightly caramelized on all sides.

  4. Serve while still warm.
