Egg White Sandwiches

PCG-10 Griddle


INGREDIENTS

Egg whites (You can buy packaged egg whites at the store.)

English muffin

Herbs, salt, and pepper for seasoning (to taste)

OPTIONAL

Canadian bacon or ham

White cheddar cheese or feta

Spinach

DIRECTIONS

  1. Separate your egg whites from the yolk, if you have not bought packaged egg whites

  2. Add in your herbs,salt and pepper to the mixture

  3. Oil your griddle and turn up to medium heat

  4. Place your english muffins face down to toast on one side of your griddle

  5. Cook your egg whites until done on the other side. (It should take about a minute)

  6. Now its time to assemble everything! Layer your toppings and egg white on the muffin–and breakfast is served.
