G.O.A.T Loaded Nachos

Featuring:

The POV-003 Convection Oven

And the D5220 Sheet Pans

INGREDIENTS

16 ounces of tortilla chips

1 lb of cooked shredded pork or chicken

(seasoned with your favorite spices or marinade)

1 diced medium sized mango

1/2 cup of guacamole

3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup of monterey jack cheese

1/2 cup of salsa

1/2 cup of sour cream

1/4 cup of jalepenos

1/4 cup of diced red onion


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Spread chips out onto the D5220 baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle 2 cups of the cheddar cheese over the chips. Dot with the meat.

  4. Top with remaining 2 cups of cheese.

  5. Bake in the 350 degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.

  6. Remove from heat and add toppings. Serve warm.
