G.O.A.T Loaded Nachos

INGREDIENTS
16 ounces of tortilla chips
1 lb of cooked shredded pork or chicken
(seasoned with your favorite spices or marinade)
1 diced medium sized mango
1/2 cup of guacamole
3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup of salsa
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of jalepenos
1/4 cup of diced red onion
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread chips out onto the D5220 baking sheet.
Sprinkle 2 cups of the cheddar cheese over the chips. Dot with the meat.
Top with remaining 2 cups of cheese.
Bake in the 350 degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.
Remove from heat and add toppings. Serve warm.
