Featuring: POV-003 Convection Oven

  • ¾ cup white sugar

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¾ cup canned pumpkin

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper liners.

  2. Whisk sugar, oil, and eggs together in a medium bowl. Stir in pumpkin and water until well blended.

  3. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a separate bowl.

  4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just to combine, being careful not to overmix. Gently stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
