The PCG-10 Griddle
3 honeycrisp apples, cut into 3/4 inch circle slices or thick slices (if you desire a crunch)
3 peaches cut into 3/4 inch circle slices
3 tablespoons of melted butter
3 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of honey
Brush your fruit slices with the melted butter. On both sides.
Grill your fruit indirectly for about 6 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear.
As soon as you pull them off the grill, sprinkle the top of the apples with cinnamon, and drizzle honey over all of them.
