Zesty Skirt Steak Marinade

Use this recipe to make street tacos, fajitas, and more!


3-4 lbs. Skirt steak or a meat of your choice

2 cups of beef broth

The juice of 2 limes

One cup of chopped Cilantro

¼ cup of tequilla

3 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

½ medium sized Jalapeno, seeded and rough chopped

1 tablespoon of paprika


  1. Combine and mix all ingredients

  2. Place skirt steak in tightly sealing container

  3. Pour marinade over the meat making sure it is submerged

  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8-24 hours
